These are great quality black rutile, tourmalated quartz, tourmaline in Quartz, lots of names!  

One thing for sure is these are superb, clear, amazing tourmaline inclusions that are visible and detailed!  Each one is easy to love, whether you love the super clear ones with tourmaline shards randomly or the darker ones that are so dark it's mesmerizing.
